In fulfillment to Strategic Plan of Integral Modernization and Transformation of POLICIA NACIONAL DEL ECUADOR 2004-2014, and the Annual Plan Operative of DIRECCION NACIONAL DE MIGRACION, we have established to do a quality job based in courtesy, respect to customer and agility, due to the migration` service, a worthy image of the Police Institution.
As a Headmaster of Migration, I assume the responsibility to work with the best frame of mind and a huge expectative to the observance of the work that was put in my hands; in order to reach these objectives and be inside of the true meaning of modernization and total transformation; with human and technology effort by our side.
¿How can we reach these objectives? Naturally, with the certainty of developing inside every police, a positive mind focused to renovation of their ethical and moral principles to improve their daily performance, using the maximum capabilities of human’s resources; reinforce a healthy pride of being a police and belonging to an Institution that is an example of sacrifice and work through national and international community that search our service.
Our vision in a short deadline is to give a professional service of excellence to Ecuadorians and foreign people who arrive or depart to Ecuador. This is the constant challenge that we ought to confront with society, through the application of migratory politics to help social, cultural and economic developing.
