Among the requirements that it is necessary to present in the Police of Migration in order to obtain the authorization of exit of the country, it is the ballot of voting, in case of not having this document, the Ecuadorian citizen must approach the offices of the Headquarters of Migration to obtain the Migratory Movement which valued species is $ 5,00 so that it is certified that he was outside of the country in the date that the elections were made, with this document he must approach the TRIBUNAL SUPREMO ELECTORAL PROVINCIAL located in the Naciones Unidas and Iñaquito Avenues to request the ballot of voting.

All Ecuadorian citizen bigger than 65 years old don´t have obligation of presenting the voting ticket, the men bigger than 55 years old neither the military authorization.
